In our spacious and bright breakfast room we offer a buffet style or full English breakfast. Private parking is available for up to 3 cars.

Situated just 2 minutes from the town centre we are ideally positioned for you to access a wide range of pubs, restaurants, shops, cinema, sports centre and access to the Camel Trail.

We are within easy travelling distance of beaches, golf courses, coastal and country walks and within easy driving distance of the historic fishing port of Padstow, the old capital of Bodmin with its historic jail, Port Isaac, Boscastle, Tintagel and the Eden Project.

Brookdale house is situated on the corner of Trevanion Road and Brook Road and takes its name from the stream, which runs through the Polmorla Valley and joins the River Camel nearby.

The two parishes, St Breock (pronounced 'Bray ock') and Egloshayle (pronounced 'Eglos hayle') are divided by the River Camel (originally Canhayle) and linked by a 15th Century bridge, which many believe was built on bags of wool. This may mean however, that the taxes on the wool helped to finance the project instigated by Rev. Lovibond who was vicar of Egloshayle Church at the time.

The town, now enhanced by the building of a much needed by-pass is steeped in history and surrounded by many opportunities to relax and enjoy North Cornwall and other easy to reach attractions.

The Camel Trail is a tremendous attraction running through the town as it meanders for 19 miles along the river bank on the old railway line site from Bodmin Moor to Padstow.

The changing views of the trail from rugged moorland, through green valleys and on to the beautiful estuary with its beaches of golden sand are a delight to the eyes of cyclists and walkers alike.

Wadebridge is the home of the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Show. The town boasts amazing green parks with tennis courts and a bowling green plus a children's area.

We hope that you choose to join us for a short or medium stay / break / holiday and are sure that once you have experienced our hospitality you will wish to come back for more.
