There are many local attractions dependant only
on your preferred place to visit or activity.
There are many walks available including the
Camel Trail that winds its way along the River Camel to the sea.
Cycling is a particular favourite in the area. We
are conveniently situated just a few minutes stroll from the town
centre so you can wander
through the streets of Wadebridge. Please ensure that you explore
our wonderful market town that offers a range of pubs, restaurants,
shops, a cinema, park with recreational facilities, a sports centre
and make sure that include a visit to the bridge.
If you like traditional activities the carnival
is a must to see.
Wadebridge hosts the Royal
Cornwall Agricultural Show for 3 days at the beginning of June and a
3 day Folk Festival of song and dance over the August Bank Holiday
weekend.
Within easy travelling distance are many of the
attractions offered by Cornwall including the Eden Project which
offers much fun for the family. Other easy to reach
locations include the fishing town of Padstow, the old capital of
Bodmin with its old jail, Port Isaac, Boscastle, and Tintagel.
Pack your day with fun activities and then return
to park your car in one of our private parking spaces. When you
return to your room you will be able to enjoy our tea and coffee
making facilities, and settle back to watch our colour FREEVIEW
televisions in all of our rooms.
